1. Overview

Nature Skin Edit is a sole trader business operated by Karen Young in Auckland, New Zealand. By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following terms.

 

2. Services

All treatments are tailored to individual skin types and concerns. Results may vary from person to person.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are required in advance

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or after your appointment (depending on your setup)

  • Prices are listed in NZD and may change without notice

 

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee

  • Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

 

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

  • Your treatment time may be shortened

  • Full payment may still apply

 

6. Health & Consultation

Clients must disclose all relevant health and skin information during consultation.

Nature Skin Edit is not liable for adverse reactions where:

  • Conditions were not disclosed

  • Aftercare advice was not followed

 

7. Results & Expectations

While we aim to provide the best results:

  • No guaranteed outcomes are promised

  • Skin results vary based on individual factors

 

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of services:

  • No refunds are provided for completed treatments

  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us so we can resolve the issue

 

9. Gift Vouchers /Coupons/ Gift Certificates 

  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

  • Must be used before expiry date

 

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law:

  • Nature Skin Edit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

 

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Skin Journey Rewards

1. Overview

Skin Journey Rewards is a loyalty program created by Nature Skin Edit to support consistent skin health and reward clients for ongoing treatment commitment.

The program is based on completed treatments and is designed to encourage regular skin maintenance for optimal results.

 

2. How it works

  • Each completed treatment counts as one visit credit

  • Clients progress through their Skin Journey with each visit

  • Rewards are unlocked after completing 5 eligible treatments

3. Reward structure

Standard Skin Journey (most treatments)

After 5 completed treatments, clients receive:

  • $70 off or up to 50% off their next treatment

  • Reward applies to eligible treatments only (see Section 5)

 

Entry-Level Skin Journey (for $85 treatments)

Clients receiving the $85 treatment tier receive a different reward:

 

After 5 completed $85 treatments, clients receive:

  • Complimentary neck, head & scalp massage add-on during their next treatment

4. Eligibility

To qualify for Skin Journey Rewards:

  • Only completed and paid treatments count

  • Missed or cancelled appointments do not earn credits

  • Credits are applied per individual client (non-transferable)

 

5. Reward usage conditions

  • Rewards must be used on treatments valued at $120 or more (unless otherwise stated)

  • Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person

  • Only one reward can be redeemed per Skin Journey cycle

6. Skin Journey cycle rules

  • Each client may complete one active Skin Journey cycle at a time

  • Once a reward is redeemed, the cycle resets and a new journey begins

  • Rewards cannot be accumulated or combined across cycles

​

7. Time frame

To support consistent skin results:

  • A Skin Journey cycle is typically completed within 4–6 months

  • Extended inactivity may result in a reset of progress at the clinic’s discretion

 

8. Program changes

Nature Skin Edit reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update the Skin Journey Rewards program

  • Adjust reward values or eligibility requirements

  • Discontinue the program with reasonable notice

Any changes will not affect rewards already earned prior to updates.

 

9. General purpose

This program is designed to:

  • Support consistent skin treatment outcomes

  • Encourage regular skin maintenance

  • Reward client loyalty and commitment
